The picture at first glance really catches the eye especially due to the bright and contrasting blue and yellow. The minimalistic and bare environment is very well done and combined with the lone figure(presumably Wendy), gives the impression of limitless imagination. The part perhaps that is a wee bit too much are the smaller birds and I think they might be a bit out of proportion.
I'm no expert, but the textures and backgrounds are well drawn/rendered with the light source being the floating house, if I'm not wrong. Overall, the colors used are also few and seamlessly merge together. I'd say a job very thoroughly done.
Firstly, congratulations on your DD, and I must say: it's well deserved! Usually I'm not very fond of this kind of art, because it seems rather easy (although I do know it can take loads of time), but somehow this one just had to be clicked... I'm not sure what "wendy's dreams" exactly is other than the name of your artwork, so I shall be honest and say that I am writing this critique without any knowledge about the subject (if there is any).
Well, that was enough general information, so let's talk about the art itself It's really nice that you used many sorts of blue, and only one ray of yellow, this way the yellow beam really drags your attention and makes you want to follow it, and by following it you see the person, as well as the tentacles which give a sort of mysterious feeling, so really well done on dragging some's attention to those spots, they are really well-placed. Like I said before, I am not quite sure if there is any message that you want to tell, but you can think loads of things about this if you just use your imagination (and I hope that is what you wanted to stimulate). The anchor could have been a little more precise, because I hadn't seen that it was an anchor without the image in your description.
The clouds are really well done, but at the other hand, it wouldn't matter too much if they weren't because the beam really catches the eye and gives it a sort of mysterious aura, especially with all those birds (I think they are crows) flying around the house.
All in all, it is a really well done artwork, and one of the first ones that actually made me curious. I strictly didn't say what the artwork meant for me because I also want people to think about that for themselves, if you give a possible explanation the work is less interesting already. So yeah, good work, and I really hope to see something else from you sooner or later Have fun with your other projects!
